Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace email so you can monitor your shipment at every step.
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or to Erogoods on the outside of the parcel.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your personal Track & Trace link. This allows you to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your delivery address or pickup point.
Erogoods is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding service is placed entirely at your own risk. If items are reported as missing or damaged, and we reasonably believe that the parcel was delivered to a forwarding company, we reserve the right not to offer a replacement or refund.
