Home delivery

Your order is delivered directly to your home or business address.

Pickup point delivery

In selected countries, you can choose delivery to a pickup point, including SEUR pickup locations in Spain and Portugal. This option allows you to collect your parcel whenever it suits you.

Order processing

Orders placed on working days are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

In most cases:

Ordered today, shipped today.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace email so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.


Discreet packaging

Your privacy is important to us.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or to Erogoods on the outside of the parcel.


Track your order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your personal Track & Trace link.

This allows you to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your delivery address or pickup point.


Parcel forwarding services

Erogoods is not liable for any damage, defect or loss that occurs after an order has been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

Orders addressed to a parcel forwarding service are shipped entirely at the customer’s own risk.

If items are reported as missing or damaged, and we reasonably believe the parcel was delivered to a forwarding company, we reserve the right not to offer a replacement or refund.


Your delivery details

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Incorrect recipient name
  • Invalid phone number
  • Incomplete postal code

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping details.


Customs & local charges

For certain destinations, including the Canary Islands, Madeira, and the Azores, customs procedures or local import charges may apply.
