To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opening a sealed product is considered use.

When does it start?

The 365-day extra money-back guarantee starts after the standard return period ends.

How can you use it?

Simply inform us in writing within that period, for example by email, or send the item back in time.

Refund details

For eligible unused and unopened items, we will refund the full purchase amount after processing the return.

Please note:

When using the 365-day guarantee, return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please include a copy of your invoice, your bank details and the reference to the credit note so we can process your refund faster.
